POSITION SUMMARY: 

As a Graphic Designer at The Plexus Groupe, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and visually appealing marketing materials, providing advanced design skills and creativity to support our marketing and communication initiatives. 

The ideal candidate has expertise across a variety of design mediums, including print collateral, digital media, email campaigns, website graphics, conference and tradeshow materials, and more. We’re looking for someone with advanced knowledge of current design software who is skilled in every step of the design process, from strategy and concept to final deliverables. 

This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills, who can work independently, while also collaborating effectively with team members. They will support a wide range of marketing and design efforts, consistently delivering high-quality work that meets our brand standards. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Serve as the lead graphic designer and partner with manager to provide creative direction on marketing initiatives 

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels  

  • Create high-quality graphics and design layouts for flyers, brochures, advertisements, emails, PowerPoints, web, social media, and other internal and external materials 

  • Design and develop internal and external logos and icons that align with our brand identity 

  • Oversee and execute visual changes to our websites to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user experience 

  • Act as the point of contact for print partners and preparing final print-ready files 

  • Perform photo editing and retouching as needed 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative design concepts that support our marketing strategies 

  • Oversee and maintain the internal organization of design files and assets, ensuring easy access and efficient workflow 

  • Support internal and external event efforts by creating visually engaging materials and providing onsite event assistance 

  • Stay updated on the latest design tools and trends to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or a related field 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on a design team or regularly with highly experienced graphic designers 

  • Solid understanding of design process, graphic fundamentals, typography principles, and color theory 

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop), Canva, and other design tools 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) 

  • Knowledge of print guidelines and experience managing print production 

  • Ability to work with basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript 

  • Experience creating high‐impact, compelling designs for print and web 

  • Portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity across various mediums  

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency 

  • Strong organizational and project planning skills 

  • Developed problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines 

  • Experience with email template design and creation, or video editing and photography, a plus 

  • Exposure to Elementor, WordPress, HubSpot, ClickUp, or related tools a plus
